 Leases in relation to business premises are  complicated and often form one of the most significant components of the value of a business. For this reason it is important to consult your solicitor before you enter into a lease.

A lease gives the business owner an exclusive right to occupy the premises and operate the business from that premises, they contain many provisions, will cover a long period of time and cover a substantial amount in rent over this period.

Company title involves the ownership of shares in a Company with an exclusive right to occupy a certain area. Whilst less common that Torrens or Strata Title, Company Title properties are still common in Sydney.  We have extensive experience in the buying and selling of company title units.

Unlike Torrens or Strata Title, Company Title contracts are not in the form of the Standard Contract. Special issues arise in the preparation and review of Company Title properties.
